Her stage name comes from the film “The Long Kiss Goodnight”, specifically Geena Davis’ character. All of her endeavors have helped put her net worth to where it is today.

She also appeared in the track “Spending Time” and the remix of Ashanti’s “Rain on Me”. In 2003, thanks to her work, she received a nomination for a Grammy Award for her single “Diary”. Five years later, she signed with The Inc. Records and started working on the album “True Lies”. She then released an EP on iTunes which featured songs such as “Lose It””, “PS”, and “Come Test Us” which featured Lil Wayne. She then made a guest appearance in the Trey Songz video “If I Die Tonight”. Her net worth was rising slowly.

In 2011, Charli worked with Sally Anthony and released “Machine Gun (Remix)”.
